AI伺服器輻射冷卻系統

AI Server Radiative Cooling System

採用冷凍空調與乾燥制冷技術,將輻射冷效應導入密閉空間,實現快速且高效的熱交換。其設計不需水管路,避免水資源浪費與冷凝水滴問題,杜絕電子元件短路或干擾,同時確保低耗能運行。系統不參與 AI 伺服器本體結構,維護與生產過程更為簡化,降低時間與成本。搭配模組化晶片與面板設計,能快速排除故障並即時升級擴展,確保 AI 系統長期維持高效運作。此外,全自動溫控系統結合高效率節能制冷,有效降低耗電量並提升可靠度。

Utilizing refrigeration air conditioning and dry cooling technology, the system introduces radiant cooling effects into a sealed space, achieving rapid and efficient heat exchange. Its design requires no water pipelines, preventing water waste and condensation issues, while eliminating the risk of short circuits or interference with electronic components and ensuring low-energy operation. The system operates independently from the AI server’s main structure, simplifying maintenance and production processes, thereby reducing time and cost. With modular chip and panel design, faults can be quickly resolved and upgrades carried out seamlessly, ensuring that AI systems remain highly efficient over the long term. In addition, the fully automatic temperature control system, combined with high-efficiency energy-saving cooling, further reduces power consumption and enhances reliability.

此系統具備高度通用性,可廣泛應用於電機線圈、發電設備、電機繼電器,並延伸至 AI 小型伺服器與電腦。採用密閉式液油散熱設計,能確保穩定散熱並避免外部環境影響,且無需傳統水管路,有效杜絕滲漏、水滴與短路等風險,保障電機與電子元件的長期穩定運作。同時,系統設計便於電腦配件、電路板或面板的快速更換與升級,降低維護成本並延長設備壽命。

This system offers high versatility and can be widely applied to motor coils, power generation equipment, and motor relays, extending further to AI mini servers and computers. With a sealed oil-based cooling design, it ensures stable heat dissipation while avoiding external environmental impact. The design requires no traditional water piping, effectively eliminating risks of leakage, condensation, and short circuits, thereby safeguarding the long-term stable operation of motors and electronic components.
